Theft. 2300 block of 227 Pl SW. 56 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) took a hub cap from his 2006 Dodge Ram pickup.

Fraud. 6000 block 228th St. SW, 3:19 p.m. A Mountlake Terrace man said someone copied his debit card and ran up $1,788.43 in unauthorized charges. He said he determined the first fraudulent use of the card happened in north Seattle.
Theft. 23000 block 54th Ave. W, 3:02 p.m. A 15-year-old Mountlake Terrace girl said a 16-year-old boy stole her Nintendo Gameboy system and a video cartridge, with a combined value of $230.
Theft. 5300 block 228th St. SW. 8 a.m. A 63-year-old Mountlake Terrace woman said someone broke out the driver’s side window of her car and stole her purse, which contained glasses, credit and debit cards and Oxycodone, a narcotic.

Reckless endangerment. 22000 block of Oak Way. A Brier teen said his 16 year old friend accidentally shot a paintball, stiking him in the eye.

Fraud. 2300 block La Pierre Drive SW. A 58-year-old man said someone stole his debit card information and used it to spend $1,717.55 from his checking account.
March 29
Obstruction. 4700 block 236th St. SW, 1 a.m. Police arrested a 26-year-old Mountlake Terrace man for obstructing a police officer after he refused to roll down the window of his vehicle during a traffic stop. He finally complied, but only after his parents urged him to and two other officers arrived. His father “attempted to justify” his son’s actions, saying he was afraid of police and mildly schizophrenic.
