Here are selected reports from Shoreline and Lake Forest Park police.

Oct. 15

Larceny. 1800 block NE 172nd St. Upon returning from work, a man noticed signs missing from his yard.

Residential burglary. 18300 block Stone Ave. N. A couple left their home to watch their son play basketball. Upon returning, they saw the unlocked back door was standing open and jewelry was missing.

Larceny. 1100 block N. 205th St. A woman left her purse on a store counter while shopping and when she returned to her purse, it was gone.

Oct. 16

Theft. 17100 block Bothell Way NE. A woman reported her purse was missing after she left it in her shopping cart.

Oct. 17

Commercial burglary. 2300 block N. 165th St. Unknown suspects entered a transfer station, broke into an office trailer and stole various items.

Auto theft. 1100 block N. 200th St. A mini van was taken from a parking lot.

Larceny. 1300 block N. 175th St. Someone reported their back car window was shattered and items stolen.

Vandalism. 300 block NW 202nd St. Two vehicles were keyed on a public road.

Oct. 18

Larceny. 14500 block Stone Ave. N. Tools were stolen from an unlocked car.

Vandalism. 17700 block First Ave. NE. A woman reported she heard a noise and then noticed a small bullet hole in her sliding glass door, likely from a pellet gun.

Identity theft. 4600 block NE 201st Pl. A man reported discovering charges on his debit card for $1,087.

Residential burglary. 5100 block NE 184th St. A man reported he discovered a naked man in his house, who was walking around after taking a shower.

Oct. 19

Auto theft. 19400 block Aurora Ave. N. A man parked his vehicle in a lot and when he returned, it was missing.

Robbery. 17200 block 15th Ave. NE. Someone attempted to steal a woman’s purse in a grocery store parking lot.

Suspicious person. 2400 block N. 147th St. A male adult contacted teachers and students at a Christian school.

Oct. 20

Residential burglary. 14800 block Aurora Ave. N. A man reported his wallet and phone were taken from a hotel room.

Attempted auto theft. 14500 block Westminster Way. A car parked in a church parking lot was entered through the driver door and the ignition damaged.

Auto theft. 14500 block Bothell Way NE. A car was taken from a victim’s apartment parking lot.

Phone threats. 16100 block Sunnyside Ave. A woman reported receiving phone threats from an unknown man.

Larceny. 15700 block Aurora Ave. N. A woman reported a man asked her for gas money. She told him all she had was a $20 bill and when she gave it to him to get change, he never returned.

Fraud. 16200 block 38th Ave. NE. A man reported someone had attempted to purchase a laptop computer using his credit card.

Oct. 21

Larceny. 20300 block 19th Ave. NE. Suspects attempted to siphon gas from a vehicle but were not successful. They did damage the gas cap trying to get it off.

Fraud. 15500 block Interlake Ave. N. A woman reported someone was using her debit card account.

Larceny. 14800 block 15th Ave. NE. A woman reported someone stole her oxycodone from her purse while she was playing pool.

DUI. 5700 block SR 522. After a car drifted between lanes, the driver was pulled over for DUI.

Larceny. 3600 block NE 155th St. A car was reported stolen from an apartment complex parking lot.

Harassment. 17500 block Ballinger Way NE. A woman reported a man she knew was harassing her.

Car prowl. 15100 block 38th Ave. NE. A man reported his car was broken into, but nothing was stolen.
