The following are selected reports from Mill Creek police.
Nov. 30
Theft. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 5:14 p.m. Fuel was stolen from a vehicle.
Theft. 1100 block of 146th St., 10:45 p.m. A resident reported that a family member violated a court order and stole several firearms and knives.
Dec. 1
DUI. 3000 block of 132nd St. SE., 3:07 a.m. A man was stopped for a traffic violation and was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested.
Accident. 1100 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 10:47 a.m. A woman failed to see a vehicle passing behind her as she backed out of a residential parking space.
Theft. 15800 block of 21st Ave., 5:11 p.m. Christmas decorations were stolen from a resident’s yard.
Dec. 2
Theft. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 8:56 p.m. A car was entered and a child’s gold ring, CDs and various papers were stolen.
Dec. 3
DUI. 2500 block of 132nd St. SE., 2:10 a.m. A woman was arrested for DUI.
Warrant arrest/possession of stolen property. 1600 block of 145th Pl., 3:22 p.m. A man was contacted after he was found sleeping in his car. He was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant and stolen property was found in the vehicle.
Possession of stolen property/drugs/warrant arrest. 200 block of 128th St. SW., 10:59 p.m. Police saw a truck on the road that had been reported stolen. Police stopped the truck and arrested the driver for possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and warrants.
Vehicle prowl. 14500 block of 25th Ave., 11:29 p.m. A steering column and ignition to a vehicle were damaged in an attempted theft.
Dec. 4
Vehicle theft. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 12:05 a.m. A green Dodge Caravan was apparently stolen from an apartment complex.
DUI. 13600 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 3:10 a.m. A man was stopped for a traffic violation and was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Recovered stolen vehicle. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 12:13 p.m. A victim of an earlier vehicle theft reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the area where her car was stolen. A check on the vehicle showed it was reported stolen out of Everett.
Assault. 15400 block of 14th Dr., 11:05 p.m. Police learned that a distraught Tacoma man was coming to Mill Creek to confront a resident. The Tacoma man was confronted by police and detained for questioning. A weapon was recovered from his vehicle, and he was later booked into Snohomish County Jail.
Dec. 5
Fraud. 1700 block of 132nd St. SE., 4:13 p.m. A woman’s credit card was stolen and fraudulent charges were made.
Dec. 6
Vehicle theft. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 8:15 a.m. A vehicle was stolen from an apartment complex.
