The following are selected reports from Mill Creek police.

Aug. 3

Accident. 15100 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 12:33 p.m. Two vehicles were involved in a minor, non-injury accident.

Burglary. 14100 block of North Creek Dr., 5 p.m.. A storage unit was broken into and a car stereo and marine radio were stolen.

Accident. 14000 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 8:33 p.m. A Bothell resident didn’t see traffic stopping in front of them and collided with an Everett resident’s vehicle. The Bothell resident’s vehicle was towed from the scene, but the other vehicle sustained no damage.

Theft. 16300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 10:27 p.m. Someone stole two 12-packs of beer from a grocery store.

Aug. 4

Accident. 1000 block of 132nd St. SE., 6:11 a.m. A Seattle man fell asleep at the wheel, drove into oncoming traffic and collided with a car driven by a Snohomish man. There were minor injuries and both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Vehicle theft. 14500 block of North Creek Dr., 7:20 a.m. A woman’s vehicle was reported stolen.

Theft from auto. 15600 block of Country Club Dr., 11:29 a.m. A window was broken and a purse and cellular phone were stolen.

Aug. 5

Minor in possession. 1100 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 12:41 a.m. A 19-year-old man was arrested for possessing and drinking beer.

Forged prescription. 16200 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 9:06 a.m. A pharmacy reported a forged prescription for a narcotic.

Aug. 6

Possession of stolen property. 16200 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 5:49 p.m. While investigating another incident, an officer recovered a check book that was stolen from county jurisdiction the night before.

Accident. Bothell-Everett Hwy. and Dumas Rd., 10:37 p.m. A two-car, non-injury accident took place after a car failed to yield the right-of-way to an SUV.

Aug. 7

Vandalism. 16100 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 7:20 a.m. Four tires were slashed on a Mill Creek man’s vehicle.

Accident. Bothell-Everett Hwy. and Dumas Rd., 2:56 p.m. One vehicle struck another while making a right turn from Dumas Road onto the highway.

Vandalism. 1300 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 5:30 p.m. A Snohomish County Search and Rescue vehicle was vandalized at an apartment complex. Damage included a slashed rear tire, cut fog light wires and a broken antenna.

Vandalism. 1200 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 6 p.m. Someone stole bolts to a fog light assembly from a vehicle.

Aug. 8

Theft from auto. 2900 block of 147th Pl., 1:02 p.m. A digital camera and car CD player were stolen.

Vandalism. 16200 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 5:32 p.m. Tires on a vehicle’s driver’s side were slashed.

Child neglect. 13500 block of North Creek Dr., 7:10 p.m. A resident reported a possible case of child neglect. An investigation was pending as of press time.

Vehicle theft. 1200 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 7:10 p.m. A man reported his vehicle stolen.

Aug. 9

Reckless driving. 900 block of 164th St. SE., 2:23 a.m. A 20-year-old Lynnwood man was pulled over for racing. He was arrested and cited.

Vandalism. 2000 block of 163rd St., 5:37 a.m. A vehicle drove across a man’s yard, damaging a water main and causing a water leak police described as “large.”

Drugs. 16100 Highlands Blvd., 11:34 p.m. An officer responded to a report of loud juveniles in a park. On arrival three people were contacted and it was found they were in possession of marijuana and alcohol. They were cited and released.
