Here are selected reports from Shoreline and Lake Forest Park police.

March 19

Theft. 3500 block NE 147th St. Someone saw a man throw stolen mail into a garbage can.

Reckless driving. 15700 block Bothell Way NE. A traffic stop resulted in an arrest for reckless driving.

Malicious mischief. 18500 block 37th Ave. NE. Someone spray painted graffiti on various exterior walls of a school.

Forgery. 15000 block Westminster. A bank manager reported two forgery suspects were in the bank.

Theft. 17800 block Ashworth Ave. A dirt bike was reported stolen from the backyard of a home. A second dirt bike was taken from a garden shed at the same location.

Vandalism. 200 block NW 198th St. An unknown driver reportedly drove around a neighborhood destroying mailboxes and posts.

March 20

Fraud. 1600 block NE 194th Pl. A woman called her bank to find out when her check card would be sent to her and she was told it had already been activated and charged $25.

Larceny. 2300 block N. 194th St. Electrical items were reportedly stolen from a bedroom.

March 21

Assault. 18000 block 25th Ave. NE. A man threatened his caregiver with a three foot wooden board with a nail in the end.

Alarm. 19200 block 25th Ave. NE. Officers responded to a residential alarm and found a door unlocked.

Auto theft. 15000 block Bothell Way NE. A man reported his car was missing from a parking lot.

DUI. N. 205th block Aurora Ave. A man was driving the wrong way down Aurora Avenue. He was arrested for DUI and marijuana possession.

Robbery. 20300 block 15th Ave. NE. A suspect implied a weapon, took cash and fled.

March 22

Accident. 17400 block Ballinger Way NE. While driving, a woman leaned over to secure her purse, which had fallen over, and in the process she struck vehicles in front of her car.

Theft. 17100 block Bothell Way NE. a video store employee reported someone left the store without paying for a video.

Robbery. 1500 block NE 145th St. A suspect took $89 worth of cigars by force.

Vandalism. 17500 block Luke St. Pl. N. Suspects vandalized the exterior of a church.

Forgery. 18800 block Stone Ave. N. A check was taken from a victim’s mailbox and altered for a higher amount.

March 23

Drugs. 140 block 15th Ave. NE. A woman was arrested in a restaurant parking lot for possessing maethamphetamine and marijuana.

Robbery. 20000 Ballinger Way. A male grabbed five packs of cigarettes. He was chased from the store, but sprinted to the corner and got in an older silver Toyota which left toward the freeway.

Drugs. 18000 block 12th Ave. NE. Officers responded to a two car collision and discovered one driver was DUI and had marijuana.

Auto theft. 18000 block Aurora Ave. N. A car was stolen while parked at a Park &Ride.

March 24

Burglary. 18700 block Ballinger Way NE. Someone entered a house through an open window and stole $40 in quarters.

Larceny. 2100 block 148th St. A woman reported her mail was stolen from her mailbox located across the street from her residence.

Prostitution. A woman was standing on a corner known for prostitution within Seattle city limits. She attempted to flee arrest.

March 25

Alarm. 17500 block 47th Ave. NE. Officers responded to an audible residential alarm. They were unable to contact the owner.

Alarm. 16300 block 35th Ave. NE. Officers responded to an audible alarm and contacted the owner who said he did not enter the code in time.

Larceny. 2100 block N. 194th St. Mail was reported stolen from a mailbox on the street.

Auto theft. 16200 block 10th Ave. NE. A car was stolen from in front of a residence.

Residential burglary. 16200 block 10th Ave. NE. A car was stolen from in front of a residence.

Fraud. 17400 block 12th Ave. NE. A woman reported her daughter’s credit card had been used fraudulently after her daughter’s death.
