Here are selected reports from Shoreline and Lake Forest Park police.

March 26

Fraud. 1200 block N. 205th St. Someone wrote a check for a closed bank account.

Forgery. 1200 block NW. 175th St. One business reported six counterfeit checks were used to pay for purchases.

Hit and run. 17000 block Ballinger Way NE. A driver of a vehicle struck a second vehicle from the rear and then fled the scene before contacting the driver.

Suspended license. 17000 block Ballinger Way NE. While on a traffic stop, a computer check revealed a driver to have a suspended driving status.

Warrant arrest. 6000 block Bothell Way NE. A traffic stop resulted in a driver being arrested for an outstanding warrant.

March 27

Vandalism. 18200 block NW. 14th Ave. A man reported the windows of his Nissan Sentra had been smashed out overnight. His car was parked in his driveway.

Threats. 1500 block NE. 175th St. A man received threats to assault his son.

Harassment. 2600 block NW. 199th St. Someone reported receiving harassing messages via voice mail and e-mail.

March 28

Vandalism. 100 block NW. 171 St. A suspect threw eggs on someone’s vehicle and carport overnight.

Larceny. 1100 block NE. 170th St. A man reported seeing a group of boys stealing mail.

Fraud. 19500 block Aurora Ave. N. Stolen credit cards and membership cards were found in a hotel room after the guest checked out.

Residential alarm. 2600 block NE. 184th Place. Officers responded to a residential alarm and found the residence secure.

March 29

DUI. 16900 block Aurora Ave. N. An officer observed a vehicle traveling at a slow speed and upon investigation determined the driver was DUI.

Abuse. 19300 block Third Ave. NW. Parents reportedly hit their son while at school.

Larceny. 15100 block Stone Lane. Bicycles on a porch were stolen.

Assault. 600 block NW. Richmond Beach Dr. A man reported his hair had been pulled by an employee at a mini-mart.

Vehicle prowl. 18500 block Ballinger Way NE. A woman left her purse in her car while she was at work. When she returned to her vehicle, it was missing.

Suspended license. Bothell Way NE. and Ballinger Way NE. On a traffic stop, a computer check revealed a driver to have a suspended driving status.

March 30

Vehicle prowl. 19300 block Richmond Beach Dr. An unknown suspect took a wallet and paperwork from a vehicle.

Threats. 19300 block Third Ave. NW. Two middle school students, who have not gotten along recently, were online in a chat room when one threatened to kill the other.

Larceny. 16800 block 11th Pl. NE. Someone took mail from a mailbox.

Threats. 1400 block NW. Richmond Beach Dr. Someone reported receiving harassing phone calls.

Theft. 3700 block NE. 148th St. A heating company van was entered by an unknown suspect and several tools were taken.

March 31

Larceny. 1500 block NE. 205th St. A woman reportedly drove away without paying for gas.

Auto theft. 1500 block N. 200th St. A vehicle was reported stolen from a park and ride.

Assault. 5000 block NE. 188th St. A resident of a group home physically assaulted their care taker.

Fraud. 17100 block Bothell Way NE. A fraudulent $20 bill was found at a beauty supply store.

April 1

Accident. 4700 block Bothell Way NE. A vehicle hit a concrete divider and skidded across lanes of traffic, colliding with a barrier.
