The following are selected reports from Mill Creek Police.

Aug. 19

Fraud. 14700 block of 24th Ave., 5:54 p.m. Someone illegally used a resident’s credit card.

Lost property. 16200 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 5:41 p.m. A woman reported losing her cell phone while shopping.

Driving while license suspended. 700 block of 164th St. SE, 8:40 a.m. An Everett man was cited for this offense.

Aug. 20

DUI. 3200 block of 150th Pl., 1:15 a.m. An officer stopped a vehicle for a minor traffic violation, and the driver was caught driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and later released and his vehicle was impounded.

Burglary. 14600 block of 31st Dr., 5:50 a.m. A man reported that beer was stolen from his garage refrigerator.

Accident. 16100 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 10:59 a.m. A vehicle rear-ended another vehicle. No injuries were reported, but one vehicle had to be towed from the scene.

Accident. Intersection of Trillium Blvd. and Bothell-Everett Hwy., 2:26 p.m. Two vehicles were involved in a non-injury accident.

Accident/DUI. 15200 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 10:18 p.m. After responding to an accident, police determined one driver was drinking. The woman was arrested for DUI. One minor injury was reported.

Aug. 21

Found property. 15500 block of Country Club Dr., 8 a.m. Mill Creek Security reported finding a bicycle.

Vehicle prowl. 1200 block of 164th St. SE, 7 p.m. A woman reported her vehicle damaged when it was broken into. Nothing was stolen.

Traffic offense. 16400 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 9:09 p.m. A Kenmore resident was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop it was discovered the vehicle was sold and the title wasn’t transferred within the required time frame.

Aug. 22

Theft from auto. 13400 block of Dumas Rd., 9:46 a.m. Police were called to a dispute between two former business partners. During the investigation evidence arose that one party broke into the vehicle of his former partner. The case was forwarded to the county prosecutor’s office.

Fraud. 2000 block of 132nd St. SE, 5:38 p.m. A Snohomish resident reported a credit card used fraudulently at a local business.

Theft from auto. 15500 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 1:39 p.m. A Mill Creek resident reported a vehicle prowl.

Aug. 23

Warrant arrest. 15700 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 2:46 a.m. Police stopped a suspicious vehicle and learned the 19-year-old driver had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken to the Lynnwood jail.

Vehicle theft. 2800 block of 143rd St., 7 a.m. A man reported his vehicle stolen.

Theft from auto. 14300 block of Trillium Blvd., 9:30 a.m. A man reported a set of tools and a box of computer equipment were stolen from his vehicle.

Hit and run. 15500 block of Country Club Dr., 10:35 p.m. A Mill Creek man reported that an SUV driver backed into his parked Volvo, causing damage, and then drove away.

Aug. 24

DUI. 15700 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 12:40 a.m. A 31-year-old Everett man was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop.

Theft from auto. 15500 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 11 a.m. A resident reported that someone broke into her locked vehicle and stole a black brief case containing business papers.

Accident. 2300 block of Seattle Hill Rd., 12:30 p.m. A vehicle rear-ended another vehicle.

Accident. 3:12 p.m. 1000 block of 164th St. SE, 3:12 p.m. Two Bothell residents were involved in a non-injury accident.

Theft from auto. 15300 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 5:01 p.m. A resident reported that her vehicle was broken into and an estimated $400 worth of items stolen.

Road rage. 1600 block of Mill Creek Rd., 9:15 p.m. An officer saw a road rage incident in progress. An Everett resident and a Bothell resident were racing to get ahead of each other, which caused the Everett resident to lose control and enter the oncoming lane. Both vehicles were stopped and both drivers received criminal citations for reckless driving.

Aug. 25

Fraud. 13300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 10:30 p.m. A woman passed a fake check with a stolen account number at a grocery store to buy beer and gift certificates.

Warrant arrest. 15700 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 2 p.m. A man came to pick up his car at the police department. He had an outstanding warrant and was arrested on the warrant.

Recovered stolen vehicle. 13200 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 8:48 a.m. A vehicle that had been reported stolen was located.

Theft from auto. 2500 block of 163rd Pl., 9:30 a.m. Items were taken from a vehicle while parked in a driveway.

Domestic violence calls: Mill Creek Police received two domestic violence calls between Aug. 19 to Aug. 25.
