The following is a selection of police incidents which occurred in the past week in the cities of Lynnwood and/or Mountlake Terrace.

Dec. 7

Theft. 6000 block St. Albion Way. A woman and her roommate reported their debit cards and checks were missing. They suspect a mutual friend.

Burglary. 22000 block Cedar Way. The manager of a store reported someone damaged the back door, causing a dent.

Dec. 8

Missing person 22000 block 67th Pl. A man reported his wife was missing.

Burglary. 23000 block 64th Ave. A woman reported she was taking a nap with her daughter when she was awakened by her barking dog. She then entered the living room and saw three males. They left after she saw them, but she later discovered several missing items, including two prescription bottles of medication and a video camera.

Dec. 9

Suspicious circumstances. 900 block 177 St. SW. A woman reported someone left a hotel key card on her desk at work. A message was attached, indicating a room number and a time. She checked with co-workers, but no one admitted to a practical joke. The woman also stated that over the past two months, she has returned to her desk to find various items, including candy, chocolate and cookies.

Fraud. 5600 block 239 Pl. A man reported an employee from a toy store called him and advised him that someone had acquired his wife’s credit card number and ordered two gift certificates, worth $100 each.

Dec. 10

Theft. 4300 block 238th Pl. A man reported someone broke into his vehicle and stole CDs and ski clothing.

Vehicle recovery. 23000 block Lake View Dr. A vehicle was recovered that was reported stolen out of Mountlake Terrace.

Dec. 11

Theft. 14000 block 127th Lane NE. A woman reported items were stolen from her vehicle, including a Nike bag, CD player, Palm PDA, CDs and stop watches.

Traffic collision. 5100 block 236th St. A vehicle crossed the centerline and collided with a vehicle. No injuries were reported, but the driver of the second vehicle said the other driver attempted to drive away and threatened to shoot her. The second driver was arrested for DUI.

Dec. 12

Juvenile runaway. 21000 block 44th Ave. W. A woman reported her son was missing and she last saw him two days ago.

Malicious mischief. 5000 block 212th St. SW. The husband of an apartment building manager reported that a tenant told him someone broke the door frame to his apartment. The man wanted a report for insurance purposes.

Disturbance. 21500 block 48th Ave. W. A woman called police, stating people in her house were threatening her. When officers arrived, they found the woman’s roommate at the apartment, along with two other people. The woman stated her roommate forced her way into the apartment, pushed her into the closet door and pulled her hair. The woman’s roommate said she suspected the woman was drunk, and when she arrived to begin moving out, said “she just went crazy.”

Dec. 13

Malicious mischief. 4400 block 222nd St. SW. A man reported someone broke two fence boards on the side of his property.

Drug paraphernalia. 21000 block 50th Ave. W. A police officer contacted a man at his residence to follow-up on a theft case investigation and saw drug paraphernalia on the table.

Dec. 14

DUI. 4100 block 236th St. SW. A man was arrested for DUI.
