The following is a selection of police incidents which occurred in the past week in the cities of Lynnwood and/or Mountlake Terrace.
Oct. 8
Car theft. 16600 block of 48th Ave. W.. A 26-year-old man reported unknown persons stole his car.
Oct. 7
Malicious mischief. 19100 block of 76th Ave. W. A 54-year-old woman reported unknown persons threw a rock through one of the windows of her house.
Fraud. 19300 block of 44th Ave. W. Someone reported their mail had been stolen and now it is being used to make fraudulent purchases.
Oct. 6
Theft. Someone reported unknown persons stole their dog from their yard.
Malicious mischief. 20500 block of 52nd Ave. W. Someone reported unknown persons pried a shed door off the hinges. Nothing was reported stolen from the shed.
Oct. 5
Vehicle recovery. 4700 block of 176th St. SW. A vehicle stolen from King County was recovered in Lynnwood.
