The following is a selection of police incidents which occurred in the past week in the cities of Lynnwood and/or Mountlake Terrace.
April 27
Vehicle prowl. 17400 block of 52nd Ave. W. Someone reported their vehicle was broken into while parked at a local apartment complex.
Malicious mischief. 17900 block of 56th Ave. W. Someone reported unknown persons damaged their driver’s side window.
DUI/Drugs. 16400 block of Highway 99. A 23-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
April 26
Minor in possession. 19700 block of 68th Ave. W. A 17-year-old was arrested after exhibiting effects of having consumed alcohol.
Lost property. 4600 block of 196th St. SW. Someone reported they lost their wallet at Fred Meyer. Anyone with information, call the Lynnwood Police Department at 425-744-6900.
Car prowl. 18900 block of 72 Ave. W. Someone reported unknown persons broke into a car and stole a purse and it’s contents.
Car theft. 18600 block of Highway 99. There were two vehicles stolen from a local auto parts store.
Malicious mischief. 5400 block of 196th St. SW. A man reported someone removed his driver’s side door handle and damaged the passenger door lock and trunk lock.
