Here are selected reports from Shoreline and Lake Forest Park police:

Nov. 5

Assault. 17300 block Fremont Ave. N. An upset parent hit and pushed a vehicle with his mini-van to get it out of the way of parking stalls at a school.

Nov. 4

Liquor violations. 18600 block NE. A security officer escorted a group of young men who were under the influence of alcohol at a school event out of a stadium.

Nov. 3

Larceny. 14700 block 5th Ave. NE. A victim left her vehicle at a park and ride and came back to discover the driver’s window was broken and loose change had been stolen from the inside.

Here are the latest reports from Mountlake Terrace, Brier and Lynnwood police.

Nov. 6

Car prowl, 17000 block 44th Ave. W, 6:07 p.m. Someone stole a car stereo from a parked car.

Illegal alien, 18000 block 33rd Ave. W, 4:09 p.m. Policed arrested a man for driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and also discovered he is living in the country illegally.

Three-car accident and DUI. 18000 block Alderwood Mall Parkway, 8:38 p.m. Police arrested a man for DUI and causing a three-car accident.

Nov. 5

Vehicle prowl. 2000 block 196th St. SW, 9:47 p.m. Someone stole a backpack, laptop computer and textbooks from a vehicle.

Theft of chocolate chips. 6000 block 168th St. SW, 9:42 a.m. A student stole chocolate chips and marshmallows from a cooking class.

Fraud. 2000 block, 196th St. SW, 12:22 a.m. A woman is suspected of trying to pass a phony $20 bill to pay for food.

Nov. 4

Paint sprayer. 5000 block 178th St. SW, 1:37 p.m. Police suspect a man of stealing a paint sprayer and pawning it for $100.

Nov. 2

Mall shoplifter. 3000 block 184th St. SW., 7:08 p.m. A shoplifter stole a $39.50 sweater from an Alderwood store.
