Feb. 13

Drugs. 1500 block 136th St. SE. A student of a local school was arrested for selling a controlled substance.

Recovered vehicle. 3400 block of 144th St. SE. A vehicle, stolen in Everett, was recovered still running.

Forgery. 16300 block SR527. A store informed police they had received a fraudulent check.

Assault. 1400 block Trillium Rd. A teacher and an aide at a local school were struck with an object while trying to assist an angry student. The teacher and aide received no visible injuries and the student was turned over to a parent.

Feb. 14

Vehicle theft. 14500 block 16th Ct. SE. A Mill Creek man reported his vehicle was taken from his driveway sometime overnight.

Vehicle theft. 16900 block 9th Ave. SE. Everett man reported his vehicle stolen from Mill Creek.

Animal impound. 13400 block Bothell-Everett Hwy. A female brown and white cocker spaniel was impounded for running at large in the Gateway Shopping Center. The dog was wearing a collar or tags but had no microchip. Animal control transported the dog to the Everett Animal Shelter.

Vehicle theft. 14100 block North Creek Drive. A Mill Creek man reported his vehicle was taken sometime overnight. It was later recovered in a nearby parking lot.

Feb. 16

Property damage. 2900 150th Ln. SE. A man reported that a house window was broken by an object thrown by an unknown person. Damage $100.

Property damage. 15600 block 30th Dr. SE. An observant citizen noticed his neighbors car was being broken into. 911 was called and police searched the area but were unable to locate the subjects. Damage $150.

Feb. 17

Burglary. 3200 block 153rd St. SE. Mill Creek police responded to a complaint of a burglary. The resident came home from being gone overnight and found her house had been burglarized. Loss $15, 395.

Feb. 18

Assault.16100 block SR527. Mill Creek resident reported being assaulted by anotherMill Creek resident.

Forged ID. 2100 block 151st St. SE. Mill Creek resident reported that checks stolen in 1997 were cashed last week.

Forgery. 900 block 164th St. SE. Bank reported receiving a forged check.
