Police are investigating an assault of a female real estate agent that occurred Saturday, July 3 at an open house on 220 Street SW.
A man came into the house and grabbed the breast of the victim, Edmonds police said. As he reached for her again, she screamed at him to leave. Then, he left the location, police said.
The victim described the man as a white male who is 35 to 40 years of age, 6 feet tall and of medium build. He has short, sandy-colored hair and brown eyes, and he wore glasses with wire frames and oval lenses, she said. He has no facial hair.
The suspect was in a short-sleeve, light blue button-down shirt, navy blue or black pants with a thick belt, lace-up shoes and white socks.
