Rotary Club donation a big help to senior center

  • Thursday, December 20, 2007 11:36am

On behalf of the Mill Creek Senior Center, I would like to sincerely thank the Mill Creek Rotary Club for the donation of a 2006 Ford Econoline Van! Along with the many seniors I serve in our community, we are extremely excited. The timing could not be better because our old van, a 1992 GMC, was starting to fail. Last night, Dec. 18, a full van of seniors went to the Christmas Lights Dinner Cruise in style due to the Mill Creek Rotary Club.

On Monday, Dec. 17, the van was decked out with graphic lettering on both sides and the back. Included in the lettering graphics are three Rotary Logos with the statement, “Donated by the Mill Creek Rotary Club.”

Again, thank you on behalf of our Community seniors!

Bill Durham, Manager
