Edmonds man killed in accident

Kyle S. Willadsen, 26, of Edmonds, died in a motorcycle crash in south Everett on July 4.

Willadsen was eastbound on Highway 526 just after noon when his motorcycle left the roadway near Airport Road, according to Everett police. He was taken to a local hospital but later died.

No other vehicles were involved.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled Willadsen’s death an accident.

EDMONDS

July 6: Theft. 21500 block Highway 99. Suspect was seen stealing items from the trash bins at Value Village. He fled on foot and was later located with help from a police dog.

July 4: Assault 2. 7300 block 213th Place SW. A woman was arrested after pointing a loaded firearm at a man after a verbal altercation.

July 1: Assist other agency. 11100 block 239th Place SW. Officers assisted Woodway PD on a residential alarm call. The house was secure with a loose dog inside.

June 30: Malicious mischief. 8700 block Maple Lane. Victim reports his mailbox was blown up. Several other mailboxes were collateral damage.

LYNNWOOD

July 5: Burglary. 4300 block Alderwood Mall Blvd. A man told police someone had knocked on his hotel door. When he opened, a woman ran past him into the room, grabbed his wallet and cellphone, and ran out.

July 1: Theft. 3000 block 184th St. SW. More than 50 bras reported stolen from a lingerie store.

July 2: Burglary. 19700 76th Ave. W. Someone stole 12 can lights and a ceiling fan from a commercial building.

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE

July 6: Domestic. 23200 LaPierre Drive. Two renters argued over house rules. The argument expanded to personal insults and cursing. The second renter decided to leave for the night. While he gathered his belongings, both continued to argue about rent, property and respect.

July 6: Domestic. 21700 block 48th Ave. W. A couple argued over who had possession of a square-dancing video.

July 6: Malicious mischief. 4500 block 241st St. SW. A firework was inserted into the tailpipe of a car and the force of the explosion cracked the seams in the muffler.

July 2: Domestic. 23000 block 63rd Place W. A woman said her ex-boyfriend, whom she had dated for 18 months, had been showing up at her home and calling her. The woman said they had broken up and gotten back together 18 times during their relationship and the ex-boyfriend may not know they were really broken up.
