Band fund-raiser seeks sponsors
Jackson High School Band Boosters’ first annual “Par-tee Fore Band” golf tournament is scheduled for noon March 14 at the Mill Creek Country Club.
A banquet dinner and silent auction will follow the tournament, which costs $150. Sponsorships range from $500 to $3,000.
Proceeds will support the band’s trip to Vancouver, B.C., to compete in the Heritage Music Festival and to purchase new equipment.
