Get homework help online at library site
Sno-Isle Libraries offer online homework help at www.sno-isle.org for students in Snohomish County students. Since Live Homework Help was launched in the fall of 2004, an average of 497 students a month have used the service.
Live Homework Help is an online tutoring service that connects students to trained tutors in math, science, social studies and English via the Internet. Students from fourth grade to 12th grade and college introduction level visit the Sno-Isle Libraries web site at www.sno-isle.org and get free help from qualified tutors.
The interactive, real-time service is available seven days a week, from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. Users log on with their name and library card number and enter their grade level and subject before being connected to a tutor in an online classroom. Spanish-speaking tutors are available in math and science, Thursday through Sunday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
