“Light Up the Sound” is the theme of The South County Senior Center’s sixth annual dinner auction planned for 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16.
The event will be held at the center, which is located at 220 Railroad Ave. in Edmonds.
This major fundraiser will feature a catered dinner and silent and live auctions. Among the auction items are a cruise; weekend getaways; theater, sports, museum and festival tickets; and gift certificates for fine dining.
All proceeds benefit the center, which provides nutrition and health programs, social services, education, recreation, employment and fellowship for seniors.
Tickets are $45, which includes hors d’oeuvres, dinner and beverages. Reservations are required and must be made by Sept. 1.
