Shoplift suspect arrested on narcotics warrant

Here are selected reports from the Edmonds Police Department:

July 19

BURGLARY. 21200 block of Highway 99, 11:06 a.m. A coffee stand attendant reported cash from her till was taken while she was away.

July 17

HARASSMENT. 23200 block of 76th Ave. W, 2:56 p.m. A resident reported ongoing harassment by a juvenile female.

AUTO THEFT. 21600 block of 86th Place W, 9:27 a.m. The victim’s vehicle was stolen along with a wallet with a driver’s license, credit card and cell phone were that were in the trunk.

July 16

NARCOTICS. 23000 block of Highway 99, 11:32 a.m. A shoplift attempt at Indoor Garden and Lighting resulted in the detention of one suspect who was left by a different suspect who fled in a vehicle. The suspect left behind was found to have two warrants for narcotics and was booked in the Snohomish County Jail.

THEFT. 21800 block of 92nd Ave. W, 7:44 a.m. A bicycle was stolen from an open pick-up parked in a driveway overnight.

July 15

BURGLARY. 23000 block of Highway 99, reported at 9:54 a.m. Suspect(s) entered a business by prying open a roll up door and started taking cash and a laptop computer.

NARCOTICS. 7600 block of Lake Ballinger Way, 4:38 a.m. An adult male was found to be in possession of a controlled substance while being detained for theft in the third degree.
