The Shoreline Community College women’s basketball team rides a five-game win streak into this weekend’s NWAACC championships.

As the Northern Region’s No. 2 seed, the Dolphins (12-4 league, 20-6 overall) open the 16-team tournament against Highline (12-4, 13-13) at 8 a.m. this morning at the Tri-Cities Coliseum.

The winner advances to face either Clackamas or Wenatchee in the quarterfinals at 2 p.m. on Saturday; the losers of the same two games play in a loser-out game at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

Semifinal games are scheduled for 4 and 6 p.m. on Sunday and the women’s championship game is set for 6 p.m. on Monday.
