The 19th annual Shoreline Invitational boys track and field meet will be held at Shoreline Stadium, Saturday April 29.

The meet features a record-high 78 teams and 874 entrants in what is considered the largest all-boys track invitational in the Northwest.

Some of the top teams that could challenge for the title include Everett, Gig Harbor, Lincoln, Richland, Renton, Shorecrest and defending champion Ballard. Most events feature competitors ranked in the top three in the state.

Field events begin at noon and running preliminaries kick off at 1:30 p.m.

Cost is $7 for adults, $5 for students with ASB card and $4 for seniors and children.
