GIRLS RUGBY: The Breakers girls rugby team is looking for high school age players from the Edmonds School District. Rugby is a combination of American football and soccer. You can’t pass forward and you can only tackle the person who is carrying the ball, but the play is continuous and constantly moving from offense to defense. Practices focus on learning the game as well as fitness and strength. The season starts Feb. 26 and runs through April. Home games are played at Martha Lake Elementary School.
