YOUTH SPORTS VENDOR FAIR: Washington District One will be hosting its 20th Annual Youth Sport Vendor Fair from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Nov. 1 at the Alderwood Boys and Girls Club, 19719 24th Ave. W. in Lynnwood. Open to all. No admission fee. Vendors will showcase their 2009 baseball and softball prices on equipment, concession stand items, fundraising ideas, uniforms, photos and more. This event is also open to any youth organizations. Vendors looking to attend should call 425-530-0102.

BOOT CAMP: The Lynnwood boot camp is for ages 15-adult, 6:30-7:30 a.m., Mondays, Wednesdays &Fridays, Nov. 3-Dec. 13. If you are serious about losing weight, getting in shape, and feeling great this fall; this class is for you. The fee is $113/$108.50. Information: 425-670-5732.

FAMILY TAE KWON DO: Tae Kwon Do lesson for ages 6-adult, are from 5-6 p.m. or 6-7 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, Nov. 3-6. Family Tae Kwon Do classes are open to students of all ages and ranks. These classes offer an excellent opportunity for parents and their children to learn this fun martial art together in a safe, “family-friendly” environment. The cost is $43/$39 per person. ADULT SWIM CLUB: The Adult Swim Club is for ages 18-adult, from 8:15-9 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, Nov. 17-Dec. 17. Achieve your fitness, competitive, or triathlon goals this year through customized workouts. Get intense workouts through a variety of training methods leaving you feeling accomplished and energetic.
