YMCA SPORTS CAMPS: YMCA offers sports camps for youth ages 4-18. Camps this summer include soccer, football, basketball, baseball, Track &field, volleyball, cheer, and speed, agility and quickness. BASEBALL ACADEMY: Northwest Baseball Academy is now enrolling for summer baseball camps for ages 8-13. Week long camps run for five days for a total of 25 hours of instruction. CELEBRITY GOLF TOURNAMENT: The first annual celebrity/amateur 36-hole invitational golf tournament, Broadway-style dinner show gala and live auction will be Aug. 21-22 at the Nile Golf Course and adjoining banquet hall. The tournament is being sponsored by Non-Profit Resources partnering with International Children’s Foundation. Charities that will receive funds include the Max Foundation, the Radio Enthusiasts of Puget Sound, the North American Disaster Relief Foundation and the International Children’s Foundation. SHARKS SUMMER DIVE TEAM: The Lynnwood Recreation Department is looking for members for its Sharks Summer Dive team. The program is for youth ages 6-18 and is from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on Mondays-Thursdays, through Aug. 7.
