CONDITIONING CAMP: The 10th annual “DDD Conditioning Camp” for boys and girls entering grades 8-12 runs June 28-Aug. 13 at the Shorecrest High School weight room. Camp fees are $50. The program is for athletes who are interested in getting in shape for the fall sports season or for those who just want to stay in shape over the summer. Fundamental and advanced weightlifting, footspeed drills, sprint workouts, plyometrics and dot drills are covered. Information: Gary Harris, 206-546-5171.

HOOPS CAMP: Shoreline Community College is offering three sessions of its summer basketball camps for boys and girls in grades 3-8. Sessions are: July 5-9; July 12-16; and Aug. 9-13. Camps focus on basic skills and conditioning. Fees are $100 per camp and team rates for groups of six or more are available. Proceeds benefit the Shoreline CC men’s basketball program. DOLPHIN HOOPS: The Shoreline Community College women’s basketball coaching staff presents the first annual Lady Dolphins basketball camp for players ages 8-14 this summer. VOLLEYBALL CAMPS: Shoreline Community College coaches Mark and Raquel West offer several volleyball camps this summer. “Little Spikers Camps” for players in grades 4-7 will be July 12-16; camps for players in grades 7-12 will be July 19-23, July 26-31, Aug. 2-6 and Aug. 9-13. Mary Segle will offer a series of competitive skills volleyball camps this summer at Shoreline Community College. Camp dates are June 28-July 2 and Aug. 16-20. Fees are $95 per camp; $165 for two camps and $245 for three camps if registered by June 12. Information: Mary Segle, 206-546-4791.

SUMMER CAMPS: Signups are underway for summer youth sports camps co-sponsored by the City of Shoreline and Shoreline-based Sports Camps Management. Sports include: basketball, soccer, golf, tennis, cheerleading, flag football, baseball, bowling, volleyball and fastpitch softball. RJF SIGNUPS: Richmond Jr. Football is registering boys and girls ages 6-14 for the 2004 season. Signups are every Tuesday from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Richmond Jr. Football equipment room, located at the north end of Spartan Gym at Shoreline Center. SKATING LESSONS: The Highland Skating School offers a six-week series of skating classes using the United States Figure Skating Basic Skills program. CYCLONES FOOTBALL: The Edmonds Cyclones Junior football team is accepting signups for the 2004 season for King and Snohomish county players ages 6-14. SKATING PROGRAM: The Lynnwood Ice Arena will be offering a six-week cheer dance skating program starting June 26. This new team and individual sports combines the artistry of figure skating, the power of ice hockey, the dynamics of cheerleading and the creativity of dance. Participants will learn cheer motions, skating skills and a set routine that will be performed at the end of the program. The fee for the class is $95. The arena has registration forms.
