TIGER YOUTH SPORTS: The Lynnwood Tigers are currently having sign ups for girls basketball (grades 4-7) and boys lacrosse (grades 5-8) teams. Information: 425-424-3957.

YMCA HOOPS: The Shoreline/South County YMCA is offering youth basketball for boys and girls. A school-age basketball league runs through March 12 for players in grade K-6; a preschool league runs Jan. 5-March 5. Annual youth memberships cost $30. INDOOR SOCCER: A new U16-18 select/premier girls indoor soccer team, the Shorelake Scots, needs players for Everett Soccer Arena’s eight-game winter league starting Jan. 3. MARTIAL ARTS: Students with special challenges are invited to learn adaptive forms of martial arts from 1-2 p.m. Sundays at the Shoreline/South County YMCA. Children ages 7 and up can register. Instruction emphasis on challenged students, but students of all abilities are welcome. Instructor Cheryl Wieser is a national and international gold medal winner. HITTING CAMPS: Maynard’s is offering Monday night hitting camps and Friday night pitching camps from 6-8 p.m. Drop-ins are welcome. Information: 425-355-1810.
