WINTER HOOPS: The Edmonds Parks and Recreation Department offers a half court 3-on-3 league and 5-on-5 adult basketball league. The 3-on-3 league plays on Wednesday evenings at the Frances Anderson Center. The league runs Jan. 7-March 17. The 5-on-5 league is played at Edmonds Community College on Monday evenings.
