STARS BASEBALL TRYOUTS: The Seattle Stars Baseball Club is having tryouts for its 13U team Tuesday-Sunday through Feb. 18. The Stars play in a Sandy Koufax affiliated baseball league that includes teams from North King County and Snohomish County. Team also competes in several area tournaments March through August. NORTHSHORE LITTLE LEAGUE: Registration for the Northshore Little League baseball and fastpitch season is now open. Boys and girls ages 5-18 of all skill levels in the Northshore area are encouraged to sign-up. Information:

BUMPER BOWLING: The City of Edmonds along with Robin Hood Lanes is running a bumper bowling program for youth ages 5-9 on Saturday from 9-11 a.m. starting Jan. 13. The league consists of teams of three and includes two games with shoe rental, three free practice games each week and instruction from Robin Hood Lanes staff. Fee is $90.
