“The REC” drop-in hours — 2:30-7 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, 2:30 p.m.-midnight Fridays, 7 p.m.-midnight Saturdays: “The REC” at 16544 Fremont Ave. N., has reopened with new digs and daytime hours. “The ANNEX” drop-in hours — 8 p.m.-midnight Fridays and Saturdays: This free, late-night teen program is open to all teens ages 12-19 to hang with friends, shoot pool, play hoops, eat free food and basically get away from it all.
