During the first week of April, two more vertical concrete wall panels were poured on the new retaining wall and water and sewer line work was completed on the Dumas Road project.

Irrigation and landscaping items are being installed along the roadway, and work has begun on the new street light system and traffic signal changes.

Because of construction, Dumas Road is closed to all traffic between North Creek Drive and the Park and Ride facility at 132nd Street SE, possibly until July. Detour routes are Bothell-Everett Highway, 16th Avenue SE and 132nd Street SE.

Updates are available at www.cityofmillcreek.com or at 425-921-5769.

A lane of 164th Street SE and Third Avenue SE is closed during the daytime to enable crews from Verizon Northwest to replace aerial communication cables. The closure is expected to last until May 11.
