Kellogg Middle School presents a stage production of the comedic farce, “The Worst High School Play in the World” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25.

In “The Worst High School Play in the World,” all is not well in the land of Saxonia. Darkness and discontentment hang thick in the air like sausages in a smokehouse. The reasonably handsome King Isadore has been captured while procuring porcelain.

In his place his less than ethical brother, Prince Viscera, brings sorrow and fear to everyone. There is, however, some joy in Saxonia-for although the king left town, he also left a son, Ivanha. Revelry, treachery and general mayhem abound in this production.

Performances take place in the Kellogg Center for the Performing Arts (the cafeteria), located at 16045 25th Avenue NE in Shoreline. Tickets are $5 for students and senior citizens and $7 for adults, available at the door or by calling Kellogg at 206-368-4781.
