Man found dead in south Everett had crashed bicycle

EVERETT -- A man found dead near Highway 99 in south Everett in September had crashed his bicycle, officials said this week.

The body of Bradley Kay Hymas, 52, of Everett was found Sept. 25 near the 2600 block of Russell Way. His bicycle was found nearby.

Hymas died from a combination of falling from the bicycle, spinal and neck injuries, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office. His death was ruled an accident.

The case remains under investigation by the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office.

No foul play was suspected.
