Adopt: Pets seek ‘Home for the Holidays’

A Home for the Holidays Pet Adoption Center sets up today at Mill Creek Town Center, 15402 Main St., and continues weekends through Dec. 8.

Paddywack pet supply store is the primary sponsor and is working with volunteers from the Community Cat Coalition and FurKidz 911 to coordinate activities. Multiple nonprofit pet rescue groups will participate. At last year’s Mill Creek adoption center, more than 70 dogs and cats found their “forever homes.”

In addition, Artis Photography offers Santa photos for families and pets. A portion of the photo proceeds go to nonprofit pet rescue.

Adoption center hours are 4-8 p.m. Fridays (except 12-8 p.m. Nov. 29), and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
