Kypuros has business skills to help district

I am writing to recommend that voters support Leo Kypuros for the Stanwood School Board.
From 1990 to 1994 I represented north Snohomish County on the county council. I got to know Leo since he was the operations manager of the county’s solid waste management system.
Leo supervises a staff of over 100 people. More importantly, he knows what a budget is and how to stay on it.
He and his wife, Kate, have been active and involved in a variety of school activities. But for my money, Leo’s chief qualifications are his business skills. The Stanwood School Board needs people who know how to add and subtract.
