Will money end up in Hansen’s account?

Regarding the Aug. 14 front-page article titled “County PUD under pressure to raise rates, hike of 10 percent a possibility.” Please don’t say tht a 10 percent rate increase is a “possibility,” when we all know that they’re going to raise the rates – like it or not. Let’s make sure that the 10 percent rate increase goes towards what it should, and not in to the already over-inflated bank account of Ed Hansen.
