It’s not perfect, but still much needed

This letter is to express my support for transportation Referendum 51. I urge others to support this measure as well. While this measure is not perfect, it does provide for many, much needed transportation improvements.

There are also provisions for transit funding. Overall this is a good funding package. It has been endorsed by numerous organizations including the Blue Ribbon Transportation Commission.

Please support this measure. The Puget Sound region and state sorely need to get moving with improvements to the transportation system. It’s time to stop the haggling and move forward.
