Our country needs a change of regime

The “preemptive strike” excuse was not considered valid on Dec. 7, 1944 and it’s still not a valid excuse today. To quote President Theodore Roosevelt: “No man is justified in doing evil on the ground of expediency.” If any country needs a change of regime, we do.
