A few tips for the company, its leaders

Until Harry Stonecipher lets go of his over-sized ego and lets those who have good business sense make the decisions, Boeing is a lost cause. Take a look at his history – everything that man touches turns bad. Now he’s done it to Boeing, too.

They also need to get their fingers out of too many cookie jars. Gee, wonder why Airbus is doing so well? Because Airbus sticks to one thing to be the best at – making planes.

Isn’t that what Bill Boeing initially set out to do for Boeing? The rest of the executive staff just might have to live without annual bonuses (those, too, are a bit excessive). How many people could still be employed had they decided to cut their bonuses in half? Who could possibly justify multi-million dollar bonuses for themselves, lay-off people with families and still sleep just fine at night? I just don’t get the ignorance of those who are supposedly highly educated business folks.
