Anderson guilty in Burkheimer murder

John Anderson was convicted of aggravated murder in the death of Rachel Burkheimer Wednesday.

The jury deliberated from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., before announcing its verdict.

Anderson will be sentenced Friday to a mandatory punishment of life in prison without possibility of release.

Anderson was also convicted of conspiracy to commit murder.
