Bethany of the Northwest, believing in the value of all people, is dedicated to serving and caring ministry out of love for God and our neighbor. A not-for-profit corporation of Lutheran congregations, it is committed to serving long term care needs of individuals in a loving environment. We enhance the quality and dignity of life, with a focus on independence and self determination.
Bethany Home for the Aged was established in 1931 by a group of men who believed that there was a need for a Christian Old Peoples Home in this area. Growing from these humble beginnings, Bethany now delivers state of the art, multi-level supportive care and nursing services designed to meet the physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs of the elderly and disabled persons with a goal of offering a life of independence, dignity and purpose. Bethany is the fourth largest not-for-profit provider in the state. Bethany provides 231 beds for skilled and sub-acute nursing care, 54 apartments for assisted living, and 120 apartments for independent senior living. With a staff of more than 350 and a dedicated corps of volunteers, we maintain our commitment to the community.
