Victims shouldn’t be charged with crime

A quick response to the Friday letter written by Linda Varon questioning if deadly force was necessary by two men when they caught him breaking into their car:

She states, “I am not aware that he had a weapon or posed a real threat of bodily harm” I believe his weapon was his mouth. He had one of the victims’ fingers clenched in his teeth and was threatening to bite it off, thus the chokehold was used until he let go. I believe he did need to be unconscious to be subdued.

I don’t think anyone meant to kill to protect their “things.” I do believe that drugs played a big part in the perpetrator’s death, and I am glad the two victims apparently won’t be charged with any crimes since they didn’t commit any.
