Students should recite preamble

In light of the recent Federal Appeals Court ruling that says that reciting the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional, I would like to recommend that the students in the Marysville School District recite the preamble to the Constitution of the United States.
The preamble contains no reference to God and I can’t imagine how any court could find that reciting the Constitution is unconstitutional.
