Please tell me how, As reported in the Saturday Herald, “Man pleads guilty in shooting”:
A 23-year-old, convicted of seven felonies, can punch, burn with a butane lighter, then shove a .44 caliber gun into the mouth of the victim, pull the trigger, killing another human being, and only receive a 15-year prison sentence. I just don’t understand this at all.
