Frightening lesson on how to steal

Congratulations to the Herald for showing us – in graphic detail – how to steal catalytic converters and giving us the value so we can decide whether or not it’s worth our time to hyst them! How about giving us graphic instructions on how to make Meth in case we run short of cash, or perhaps how to make a pipe bomb in case we get angry with someone.

Really humanitarian useful information for which we will be eternally grateful.
