Do we really need another mall?

Regarding the Thursday article, “Major riverside complex in works”: Do we really need another shopping mall? I-5 is lined with shopping complexes and used car lots as far as the Canadian border.

Please leave us a little elbow room … and before I get off my soap box – a California developer? … Help!
