Regulations work, prohibition will not

The Oct. 20 Froma Harrop column about online gambling and prohibition was right on. Prohibitionists never seem to grasp the concept of human nature, which is why prohibitions are doomed to fail.
A more realistic approach would be to legalize, regulate and tax. Those who like to gamble will always find a way, legal or not.
