Hill Questionable

Washington State star receiver Jason Hill had a conference call this morning and he said today is his first day out of a walking boot that he’s had on due to a foot injury. He said he wasn’t sure if he would be able to play this weekend and would “do what’s best for me.”

We’ll talk to WSU coach Bill Doba in about 20 minutes and we might know more about the Cougars’ injury situation.

But a look at their depth chart shows that it’s a wonder WSU can score any points.

Listed as injured this week: Jason Hill, right guard Andy Roof, receiver Michael Bumpus, receiver Chris Jordan, running back DeMaundray Woolridge, running back Derrell Hutsona, kicker Loren Langley, defensive tackle A’i Ahmu, cornerback Courtney Williams.

Whether guys like Hill or Bumpus play this weekend we don’t know yet, but maybe we’ll know more after talking to Doba.
