The state Department of Corrections’ Everett office has felony warrants for the offenders pictured below. If you have any information concerning the whereabouts of these offenders, please call police or the state Department of Corrections at 425-290-3200 and ask for the duty officer or leave a message after hours. Callers do not have to provide their names.
Steven J. Mestas
Age: 48
Height: 5 feet, 9 inches
Weight: 189 pounds
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Mestas has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for second-degree robbery.
Melvin R. Decoteau
Age: 33
Height: 6 feet, 4 inches
Weight: 290 pounds
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Decoteau has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for second-degree theft and drug possession.
If you see either of these men, do not attempt to approach, arrest, detain or follow them. Some wanted persons are being sought for violent crimes or are known to carry weapons. All wanted persons should be considered dangerous. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
