$300 to Paul Henderson of Marysville for his folk band to play at the grand reopening of Olympic Avenue on Saturday.

$100 to Noel Lareau of Arlington to play the fiddle at the grand reopening of Olympic Avenue on Saturday.

Bothell: $105,286 to join NORCOM, a separate legal entity with several King County cities as members, for emergency communications services for the Bothell Fire Department and other emergency responders.

Edmonds: $1,856 to Adix’s Bed &Bath for Dogs and Cats of Edmonds for kenneling services through the end of this month.

$767 to Eschelon Telcom Inc. of St. Paul, Minn., for city phone services.

Everett: $74,000 to Heartland, a Seattle real estate consulting company, for analysis of possible university campus sites from June through August.

$164,798 to Perteet Engineering of Everett for professional services, including work on the Snohomish riverfront redevelopment project.

$5,324 to Kesselring Gun Shop of Alger for an AR-15 carbine rifle.

Monroe: $626 to Lakeside Industries of Monroe for pothole patching.

$1,084 to Nextel Communication of Reston, Va., for police cell phones.

$5,361 to NorthStar Chemical Inc. of Portland, Ore., for a scrubber chemical.

Snohomish: $73 to Snoho­mish Co-op for propane for the city’s street department.

$16,945 to Weed, Graafsta &Benson, Inc. for August legal fees and prosecution fees.

$52 to Tim Heydon, city public works director, for July and August mileage.
