This week’s feature is a three-bedroom, two- and a-half-bath two-story with partial views of Lake Cassidy and the Cascade Mountains.

It has 2,358 square feet of living space and is on nearly a half acre with mature cedars and alders.

In a natural setting within walking distance of the lake, the house has a septic system, private well and propane furnace, and it’s also wired for a generator.

The entrance leads to a foyer with oak flooring that extends throughout much of the main level.

The living room is to the right, with a partial wall separating the dining room to the left. The living room has nine-foot ceiling and a large window that frames a partial lake view.

The dining room has a double-coffered ceiling and chandelier, and white enamel millwork.

The nearby kitchen features an island design with cook-top oven, commercial-grade stainless-steel vent, drop-down lighting and breakfast bar with a granite-tiled countertop.

Other amenities include hickory paneled cabinets, corner stainless-steel sink beneath two large windows, stainless-steel convection microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and a pantry.

A nook eating area with three angled walls buffers the kitchen and family room. The family room features a corner fireplace, and its sliding glass doors open to a patio.

A powder room, utility, large walk-in storage closet and two-car garage complete the main level.

Granite tile covers the single vanity in the powder room, while built-in cabinets and laundry tub add to the utility room’s functionality.

The storage closet is lined with stainless steel, ventilated wire shelves, and the completely finished garage has an electric door opener and access door to the side yard.

Upstairs is a large master suite with lake view, two additional bedrooms and another full bath.

The master suite includes a soaker tub and a free-standing shower with fiberglass shell and clear-glass enclosure. The closet includes double-decked storage shelves.

The other bedrooms are larger than average.
